Using the requests Backend
--------------------------

SOAP/XML Request
----------------

When ``soap=True``, the ``Content-Type`` header is automatically set to ``application/soap+xml``.

Session-Based Requests
----------------------

The ``requests`` backend supports session-based methods for persistent connections (cookies, auth, etc.):
